We are pleased to announce that our services now extend to the repair of the Epson XP-15000 printer. Should you decide to use this service, please send your malfunctioning printer to our facility, bearing the shipping costs. Once repaired, your printer will be shipped back to you. In cases where your printer cannot be repaired, we will provide a new working converted printer as a replacement. Please be aware that all shipping costs, whether for the repaired or replacement printer, will be borne by you. Additionally, if a replacement printer is provided, it will require a new chipless firmware code to be installed before use. By opting for our repair services, you accept these conditions.

There are NO returns or refunds. All sales are final. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER ERROR or lack of maintenance once the printer is shipped to you. You understand that additional items will be needed such as software. You acknowledge that you understand these printers are converted and are being used outside the purpose originally intended. You understand that because these printers are being used outside their normal operation damage to the printer or consumables is possible at any time. You understand that Epson is in no way involved in the conversion of the printer to DTF. These printers are NOT made by Epson for DTF, they are converted.
Before purchasing a DTF printer, please make sure you have researched and understand the time commitment, maintenance requirements and software needed. DTF is not cheap and is still a relatively new process. These printers are NOT made by Epson for DTF, they are converted therefore there is NO RETURN OR REFUNDS OFFERED ONCE PRINTER PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED.
